Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Less than 12 hours’ notice or a missed appointment results in a 50% fee charged to the credit card on file.
Insurance & Direct Billing
We provide insurance receipts for all RMT services and offer direct billing with most major insurance providers. Please bring your insurance information to your appointment.
First-Time Visitors
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms. Wear comfortable clothing and communicate any health concerns or areas of focus with your therapist.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and direct billing. Payment is due at the time of service.
